Kraft Heinz
I led operational oversight and integrated production management for Kraft Heinz’s North American portfolio at Jones Knowles Ritchie, partnering across strategy, creative, account, and production teams to support one of the agency’s largest and most complex client relationships. I was also instrumental in helping establish and launch a multi-year initiative to evolve and modernize the masterbrand system across all of Kraft Heinz North America — building foundational workflows, operational structures, and cross-functional processes that supported the scale and longevity of the program. The work spanned multiple brands, campaigns, packaging initiatives, and cross-channel activations, requiring coordination across stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and external production partners throughout the U.S. and Canada. Acting as a central operational lead, I helped streamline workflows, manage resourcing and delivery, and ensure consistency across high-volume creative outputs while supporting the evolving needs of a legacy CPG portfolio at scale.
