I led production, operations, fulfillment, and growth initiatives for Local Hoops during a period of rapid expansion across direct-to-consumer, retail, and wholesale channels. Working closely with the founding team, I helped build and operationalize the infrastructure behind the brand — from production workflows and inventory planning to fulfillment systems, vendor management, customer experience, and scalable day-to-day operations. The role required balancing fast-moving creative launches with operational discipline, while supporting high-volume product drops, retail partnerships, and an increasingly complex supply chain. I also played a key role in aligning production, merchandising, and logistics strategies to help the brand scale efficiently without losing the community-driven identity that made it successful.
